For the rights of sex workers!

The Sex Work Poland Coalition is a group of sex workers and their allies. Sex Work Poland works to foster the rights of sex workers, primarily by developing reliable knowledge concerning the sex work industry and providing legal and psychological assistance. The Coalition is active in reaching work venues of sex workers – escort agencies, private flats, streets, and suburban Warsaw access roads. Sex Work Poland distributes prophylactics and work aids, such as condoms, lubricants and leaflets on sexual health and safe work. Furthermore, the Coalition offers free of charge legal advice, psychological consultations, and support in crisis situations (also to migrants).

Direct Assistance for Sex Workers

Feminist Fund mini-grants will be used to the purpose of organising self-defence and assertiveness classes for sex workers and providing them with legal, psychological and medical support. Importantly, support will be provided by persons sensitive to the context of sex work, with a non-stigmatising focus on the needs of female sexual workers themselves.

MiniGrant+

Following the completion of the MiniGrant activities the group received a renewal grant from FemFund for the purpose of continuing their work in 2019-2021.
